Eternatus cannot dynamax because it is already a powerful and colossal Pokémon in its regular form. Dynamaxing is a transformation that allows Pokémon to temporarily grow in size and power, but Eternatus is already at its maximum potential. Additionally, Eternatus is known for its ability to unleash powerful energy and cause catastrophic events, so allowing it to dynamax would likely result in even more destructive consequences. Therefore, it is likely that Eternatus is unable to dynamax due to its already immense power and potential for destruction. **
